    Wound up taking it to dealership, they took everything apart and put it back together and everything ran fine...probably just a loose conection that I did not find.

    Does anyone have any suggestions why an OSSS would keep going out? I recently replaced mine and then it started acting up again so I checked the OSSS and instead of the 400-600 OHMS that it should be reading I am getting 1.249 OHMS so something is causing it to go out I am just not sure what.

    4R100 hard shifting no more

    I changed the springs yesterday but that was not the problem, springs were all intact, the new ones were a little stiffer so I put them in. still have the hard shift from 1-2 a little softer 2-3 and smooth 3-4 same slowing down. Goes into 1 with no problem and same with reverse, no slippage...

    I changed the accumulator springs yesterday and unfortunately they were not broken, the new ones were a little stiffer so I replaced them anyway and will just keep the others as spares. Thinking maybe the PCM???

    No, it almost sounds like a lifter knocking while the RPMs are about 3500.

    Is the VSS the same as the OSSS or are those two different sensors? I just put a new OSSS in yesterday, today I changed the Tranny filter, it isn't shifting as hard but is still shifting harder than it should from first to second, a little smoother into third and smooth going into fourth.
