Hi to all, just happened again 6 month later, I just read again an is a bad fuel pump relay, just swap the PCM relay by the fog light relay and start up again, I notice the middle contact of the PCM relay is little melted, if anyone can send my a link how to repair the fuse box going to be...- wingrg

No the expi was all time in the garage no water damage not a single drop. But theres a lot of humidity here, going to clean in the weekend this is something that have to be done with calm and a box of beers- wingrg

2003 Expedition 5.4l EB 4X4 107000 MILES Yesterday start a strange noise as sonn as i try to start up the vehicle like a buzzing relay in the fuse panel in pasenger side, i just try two or three times and start fine, this morning same thing but went trying to start up only buzzing relay sound...- wingrg

Hi i know that is very dificult to diagnost a engine noise but let me try, first 2003 Ford Expi 4x4 EB w/ 105000 miles, well in the morning theres a lot of noise when you turn on the engine but disapears in a few seconds, next some times you can hear the engine like when you use cheap fuel you...- wingrg

2003 Ford Expedition 4x4 EB 5.4L Hi i buy for the rear knuckle new upper and lower bushings, ball joints or cross axis ball joints what ever you want to call it jajajaja, Just order a press tool kit to do it myself because workshop charge 350.00 for labor, but the kit don't have the proper part...- wingrg

Rear swaybar bushings measures
2003 Ford Expedition 5.4L 4x4 Need to buy rear swaybar bushings but theres a few measures 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, theres a way to know what measure i need? i can buy any mm measures? Or one measure is best than others. Any advice going to be apreciate. Thanks!- wingrg
