    If the factory amp powers the door speakers, it's best to bypass it or risk blowing speakers. This is what I'm trying to determine beforehand.

    Cruise and horn still work fine. Air controls also work. Stereo is aftermarket so those don't work.

    The airbag warning light has been on for a while in my '99 Navigator. It flashes 3 times then 2 times repeatedly before eventually staying on. Apparently, this means I need a new clock spring, but I can't find the part number. My wife has been bugging me about this so any help would be appreciated.

    I got 3-4" of extra lift (front end only) on my 99 Navigator from adjusting the torsion bar. The ride quality suffered somewhat but you get used to it. No clue on long term effects but mine's been fine for about a year.

    I don't think it's a waste but $$ was a factor for me so I opted for Dorman and they seem to be of OEM quality. Moog products have an excellent reputation. Both have greese fittings that require manual lubrication.

    I'm not sure why they say that. Control arms are completely separate from the air suspension. To do the conversion, all you really need is the Monroe kit. The rest is unnecessary unless the parts are worn out.

    I had a similar issue with my 99 Navi. No 2WD option but mine was stuck in AWD. Nothing was mechanically wrong. It was just stuck and miraculously fixed itself after I moved to Florida and no longer needed 4WD.
