I want to build a custom bumper, only for looks, but in the style of a heavy duty bumper, has anyone done this yet? what do y'all think the best materials would be to use? how should i go about it in the first place? So after having a problem with one of the halo's, i got a new one for free under warranty, and re-opened and replaced the halo, and i also painted the FORD letters fluorescent orange! I love the way it looks with the amber halo's and blinkers! my next step in this build is going to be lifting...- barigyasi

i bought the laser cut metal from a guy, PM me for the email, and i used to a dremel and an OEM grill from a junk yard, unclipped it, and got to town sanding and cutting, and basically eye measured everything, and i mounted it using JB Weld and SteelStik, i need to put support on the back side...- barigyasi

What did you do to the expy today
yeah i am, i am currently installing my projectors and trying to figure out how to wire them to the DRL's in the blinker, i know black is ground but idk which other wire is constant when the DRL's are switched on, i really dont wanna splice a wire to figure it out but i might have too haha- barigyasi

Quick Update its been a while, i was on bad shift at work for working on my truck, and everything was put on hold, but today im back at it, and i have ordered the raptor style grille overlay that i will be inserting into the grille, and i only need shrouds and new bulbs to complete my retrofit...- barigyasi
