Some people come to this forum to answer the question asked by the OP and not to demean people who make choices that you do not approve. I don't see the dealership employees as thieves but simply people who have jobs and families like everyone else. And before I retired, a lot of them were...
I also have a 2013 4x4. From my point of view, I find it amazing that I can go to Quick Lane, pay $50 for an oil change and tire rotation, and have a latte and do a few crossword puzzles while it's done. I recently had the front brakes replaced so I had 2 lattes. My wife and I are ordinary...
I have a 2013 Limited with 80,000 miles purchased new with which I have been very satisfied. Although it is my first Expedition, I did own 2 Explorers previously and all 3 vehicles have been dependable. My son is still driving my 2005 Explorer and reports no major problems. I would be very happy...

I just took delivery of a new 2013 Limited 4x4 with the heavy-duty towing package. 1.) In the cargo tool area where the jack is, I found a brake controller adapter. As I am new to towing and have not yet purchased the boat/trailer that I will be towing, I'm curious as to how this gets...
