    Drivers side door bezel

    Broke the door lock/window switch bezel on drivers door while removing door panel. Having a heck of a time finding a replacement! Only a few junk yards in the area, and none have a FirstGen Expedition. Any ideas?

    My 99 EB doesn't have heated mirrors. Anyone know if they are already wired for heated mirrors, and only need to make an upgrade to heated?

    99 4WD & Fabtech

    So, I'm about to pull the trigger on a 6" Fabtech lift. In the disclaimer it states ,"Will not work with fulltime 4WD Models". WTF! Apparently, after talking to the tech at Fabtech, some Expys, not all, it's a crap shoot, flip a coin, take a wild guess, may or may not, have driveline vibration...

    Brakes

    Hey all! Over the last couple of weeks when stepping on the brakes, I get a "chattering" sensation through the peddle, with very little braking. Doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally. Not getting an ABS light on the dash, so don't know if I can get it to pop a code if I scan it.

    Another lift kit question.

    Anyone have experience with BDS suspension lifts? I was looking to install a 4" Rough Country lift under a 99 EB, but the local off road suspension shop says the BDS kits are way better, although a little more expensive. Any thoughts?

    running rough

    My 99 EB has begun to run rough. I'm not getting a check engine light. With out a check engine light is their really any need to put a scanner on to see if it pops a code? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Navigator Mirrors

    Does anyone know if mirrors off a 2000 Navigator will fit on a 99 Expedition? Found a pair off a wrecked Navigator I can get for cheap. These are power and heated with the turn signal on the housing instead of in the mirror.

    Sound Upgrade

    Has anyone repositioned the subwoofer in a Gen1 EB? Plan on installing a double-DIN receiver and speaker upgrade this summer. I place two crates side-by-side in the back to haul bird dogs. I'd like to reposition the subwoofer so it's not thumping in their ears on those 1000 plus mile hunting trips.

    My '99' EB is beginning to ride and handle a little like a proverbial lumber wagon! Although I installed new Rancho shocks last year ( didn't really help), I've decided to install a 4" Rough Country lift this summer. So my thought is it might be a good time to go through and replace all steering...

    Sorry for the thread...know this has been covered ad nauseam. Local shop installs Rough Country lifts, says he can't find a 3/2 lift for a 99 Expedition! Any suggestions for him...be nice!:Violin:

    Hard starting

    I have a 99 EB with a 5.4, lately it's starting hard when the engine is hot, after a cool down it starts right up.
