    Running board lights not working

    Hello...when i bought my 99 XLT the running boards lights were not working...today i replaced all 4 bulbs with Sylvanias Silverstars 194...checked all wire connections and also checked the fuse box for the fuse the manual says is for the runnning boards however still no lights...any ideas why...
