Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..

I went ahead and ordered the kits. I'm assuming there will be no change and I can just return them. All you need is a wrench to unscrew that tie rod end right?

Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..

2004XLT, That's what I was thinking. The toe adjustment kits don't look much different than stock. I'm thinking those are more replacement kits in the event the stock one breaks. According to the guy that was performing the alignment, he stated he would adjust the rear toe but could not...

Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..

I didn't see an Eibach kit for the toe adjustment. Only came across camber alignment kits. Are you running 295/70/18's Tallsville?

Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..

Here a a couple toe adjustment kits I have found. Although I'm not sure whether or not they will have greater adjustments than stock or if they will be the same as stock. Raybestos 579-1022 Professional Grade Wheel Alignment Toe Adjuster...

Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..

Just installed the 3/2 leveling kit with some 295/70/18 Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx tires. The tire shop said they could not align the rear due to the eccentrics being maxed out. They could not correct the rear toe and it currently sits like \ _ / in the rear due to everything being maxed out...

Biggest Tire on 18s and Stock

I just installed 295/70/18 tires after the 3/2 leveling kit. They wouldn't fit without a lift. No rubbing issues. I think I came across a 3rd gen sitting stock with 275/70/18's on it. They filled out the wheel well pretty well and he said he didn't have any rubbing issues. Going any larger than...

Anyone running 275/70/18 or 295/70/18 size tires?

Anyone running 275/70/18 or 295/70/18 sized tires on their second gen? If so, did you have to add a lift or possibly do any trimming? I am currently running 275/65/18 with no issues. Just wondering if upping the tire size will cause rubbing. I would like go with the 295/70/18's but assume I...

    New wheels

Are those 315/70/17's? No spacer lift too right? I've been looking for those for a while, just haven't seen any good deals as of yet. Good looking Expedition though!

    Rear A/C quick fix?

It was a Four Seasons 39092 expansion valve. Or you can go with the motorcraft one, but I forget the part # for that. I'm over in Gilbert.

    Suspention noise, need advise......

WD40 cured my squeaks. Looks like you probably have a squeak that is beyond where the WD40 can reach. I would assume a u-joint, cv-joint, or ball joint that is on its way out. Maybe a Control Arm Bushing. Could also be the shocks depending on their age as well.

    Rear A/C quick fix?

AZexpy, I would second that your Expansion Valve is bad. I had the same problem after replacing the blend door actuator. Replaced the Expansion Valve and my rear A/C is nice and cold. I picked mine up for $20-$30 off of amazon. It is a hassle to replace because of evacuating and refilling...

    Rear A/C quick fix?

I would just order the Dorman Rear Actuator and replace it. I think the part number was 604-202. I got mine off of amazon for around $30 and it has worked great. Also get some trim removal tools. Takes about 5-10 minutes to remove the necessary trim. Once that is off, you can lean the lower trim...

    Suspention noise, need advise......

I had the same issue with mine. Old squeaky bed sound was resolved by spraying WD-40 into every joint and over the shocks and springs. Wouldn't hurt to grease some of the suspension components up as well. Probably just a little dry up there. My front end also had a slight squeak coming from...

    Phoenix area OHV parks?

Have not taken it off the path yet. Although it sits pretty stock and may be lacking in ability. I have taken my pathfinder on a nice trail up to Horsethief Lake up by Crown King. That was a pretty good trail. May be a bit tight for an Expedition though.

Rear A/C Blows Cold, Sometimes Warm, and Sometimes Hot..

No problem Gruz. I do not have any info on where to find that skid plate. Perhaps Ebay? As for the bolts, I would suppose you would have to get the correct size, (I have not checked). Once you found the size, I usually check out ACE Hardware. They tend to have a pretty good selection of nuts...

    Police Expedition Push Bumper

Yeah, apparently the seller pulled it off of his '06 Expedition before he sold it. I'm thinking that he forgot the lower brackets on the old expedition when he sold it. Luckily I have someone at work whipping up some brackets that should work. Just have a to mark the holes for drilling. 6K...

    Police Expedition Push Bumper

No, could not find any brand markings on the bumper. Need a good picture of underside where the bumper bolts to the frame to get an idea of what the bracket should look like. Nice large pictures though Nathan. Good detail.

    Police Expedition Push Bumper

Anyone out there have a Police Style Push Bumper on their Expedition? If so, could you post a picture of the frame mounting locations? Just picked up a Push Bumper the other day that came off an '06 Expedition. I cannot seem to locate the mounting positions and assume I may need to fabricate...

Anyone Have A Second Gen. Exp. with Ford Raptor Wheels?

Not sure Prez, I would just try to get a set with the SVT center caps. Not familiar with the exact diameters or variations of the center caps among ford models.

    raptor front

I would say maybe swap in a different grill, do a Raptor LED grill light mod (if possible), get some more aggressive Fender Flares, a set of 5 Raptor wheels with tires, and a spare tire carrier and you would have a pretty sick looking rig.
