I went ahead and ordered the kits. I'm assuming there will be no change and I can just return them. All you need is a wrench to unscrew that tie rod end right?- 03ExFX4

Just installed the 3/2 leveling kit with some 295/70/18 Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx tires. The tire shop said they could not align the rear due to the eccentrics being maxed out. They could not correct the rear toe and it currently sits like \ _ / in the rear due to everything being maxed out...- 03ExFX4

Biggest Tire on 18s and Stock
I just installed 295/70/18 tires after the 3/2 leveling kit. They wouldn't fit without a lift. No rubbing issues. I think I came across a 3rd gen sitting stock with 275/70/18's on it. Anyone running 275/70/18 or 295/70/18 sized tires on their second gen? If so, did you have to add a lift or possibly do any trimming? I am currently running 275/65/18 with no issues. Rear A/C quick fix?
It was a Four Seasons 39092 expansion valve. Or you can go with the motorcraft one, but I forget the part # for that. I'm over in Gilbert.- 03ExFX4

Suspention noise, need advise......
WD40 cured my squeaks. Looks like you probably have a squeak that is beyond where the WD40 can reach. I would assume a u-joint, cv-joint, or ball joint that is on its way out. Maybe a Control Arm Bushing. Could also be the shocks depending on their age as well.- 03ExFX4

AZexpy, I would second that your Expansion Valve is bad. I had the same problem after replacing the blend door actuator. Replaced the Expansion Valve and my rear A/C is nice and cold. I picked mine up for $20-$30 off of amazon. It is a hassle to replace because of evacuating and refilling...- 03ExFX4

I would just order the Dorman Rear Actuator and replace it. I think the part number was 604-202. I got mine off of amazon for around $30 and it has worked great. Also get some trim removal tools. Takes about 5-10 minutes to remove the necessary trim. Once that is off, you can lean the lower trim...- 03ExFX4

Suspention noise, need advise......
I had the same issue with mine. Old squeaky bed sound was resolved by spraying WD-40 into every joint and over the shocks and springs. Phoenix area OHV parks?
Have not taken it off the path yet. Although it sits pretty stock and may be lacking in ability. I have taken my pathfinder on a nice trail up to Horsethief Lake up by Crown King. That was a pretty good trail. May be a bit tight for an Expedition though. -

No problem Gruz. I do not have any info on where to find that skid plate. Perhaps Ebay? As for the bolts, I would suppose you would have to get the correct size, (I have not checked). Yeah, apparently the seller pulled it off of his '06 Expedition before he sold it. I'm thinking that he forgot the lower brackets on the old expedition when he sold it. I would say maybe swap in a different grill, do a Raptor LED grill light mod (if possible), get some more aggressive Fender Flares, a set of 5 Raptor wheels with tires, and a spare tire carrier and you would have a pretty sick looking rig.- 03ExFX4
