I just picked up a set of these used for $100. What is the biggest tire you can go up to on 18s without any issues? I currently have 22s and I'm looking for something a little more rugged.

Take them to a tire store. They will usually allow you to fit different sized tires before you commit to a purchase to check for clearances.

I just installed 295/70/18 tires after the 3/2 leveling kit. They wouldn't fit without a lift. No rubbing issues. I think I came across a 3rd gen sitting stock with 275/70/18's on it. They filled out the wheel well pretty well and he said he didn't have any rubbing issues. Going any larger than that you will probably need a lift.
