    Intake coolant tube

    Take care when working on the intake, the coolant tube on mine broke last Spring and the mechanic broke my intake when trying to remove the bad tube.

    front end clunk

    I have a similar Clunk on my 99 Expy 4x4 with 150K. It only does it when accelerating and only if I gun it. If I'm smooth on the accelerator no Clunk? Any Ideas, how do you check for a hanging caliper, and fix it if it's hung?

    Tinted Windows

    Any tint other than factory is illegal in CA on the front windows, I thought of doin it just to blend the front windows with the rear darker factory tint until my wife got a ticket in the Mustang for the front being tinted.

    Biggest tire/wheel without lift

    As the subject says what's the biggest (tallest/widest) offroad tire/wheel combo I can fit on my 99 Expy 4x4 without a lift. I'm currently running 265/70-17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on 17" chrome Navigator style wheels.
