I concur with 07navi - but... I just did plugs at 101K, the old ones were fine (gap 0.042 - 0.043) - very little wear. I think per his implication 80K is not needed (at lease I don't think so with my '012 OEM plugs). In hindsight I'd wait until misfire. I did the boots as well although the old ones were in good shape. I also did the belt and put the old one in back. My coolant was flushed and replaced. Nothing else done - I'll now just do my oil changes and filter cleanings and run to the next failure.

Regarding timing chain and the like - I'm going to wait until symptoms. It appears that it's not every one that will 'wear out' as some believe - I believe an unfortunate percentage do get issues, but I think many more do not and they last a long time.
