When in overdrive, vehicle bucks/kicks ... dealer said it was the #1 coil and replaced it ... still happens ... said would have to continue replacing coils until they found it!! .. so that would cost me around $2400 on the hope that was the problem and it was fixed .... wondering, if the coil was bad, then wouldn't that action happen whether in OD or not?

This makes no sense since it would do it through out the rpm range and in every gear. I think i would take it to another dealer if there is one near you.

See if you can get your coils on ebay. Should be around $100 for all 8. I forget the exact names, but it's something like Uneek supply and Global Automotive, though I think one of them stopped selling them.

Either way, they are as good as OEM for a lot less.
