2007+ Expedition EL Cargo System Brackets

If anyone knows a source for these (or comes across one in a scrap yard and can get them), my 08 Exp EL is missing the two cargo system brackets from the interior side panels. Local Ford dealer says he can't order them, and none of my local yards have an Exp EL.

i am a ford parts manager. it is stupid they dont sell these separate since they have a bolt holding them on. we have one on our lot now that has one broke off.i have been searching everywhere for a salvage yard(they hate junk yard) and cannot find one or anyone that knows what i am talking about.

Are the left and right interchangable?
