Hey guys, I bought my son an '07 Expedition Limited and I love it. We upgraded the headlight bulbs and that is a big improvement, but the lenses themselves are pitted. It doesn't look like it is possible to polish them as they are clear, just have a bunch of pits from rocks or sand I guess. Weird thing is it seems to be on the inside...headlight pitting.jpg

What is a good replacement? I don't need LED eyebrows but if they aren't too expensive, that's good too.

Yeah, the plastic just deteriorates from the UV rays after so many years. Nothing you can do but replace them really. There's all kinds and styles available, depends on what you want to do. Put some 303 UV protectant on the new ones to keep them looking new for many years.

Went through this with my 08 Limited last year. I found that most of the black housing replacements did not have the reflector in the parking/turn signal buckets. It makes the light much harder to see, especially in daylight. The chrome housings have the reflector behind all the bulbs so that's what I went with. Just food for thought.
