2nd Row Seat Belt

Any one have any experiecnce with replacing the second row seat belt assembly on an 08 Expy with 2nd row captain's seats? Long story... but I had to cut it when my 5yr old did something he shouldnt have..;-<

Shouldn't be any big deal; I have removed the side panels when i was doing stereo work - the entire assembly is there. You will need a big torx ( I think it was 45 or 47)

Thanks... I think I may have a torx that big. Any trick or tips on removing side panels? Last thing I need to do is make a bad situation worse....;->
