4x4 sometimes works, sometimes not

The dashboard 4x4 change switch doesn't seem to have any effect most of the time, but every once in a while will work to put the car into 4x4. I'd sure like to be able to use it consistently! Ideas? Thanks!

Ok I sometimes have the same problem and found out I need to go a lil in reverse to get the 4wd to lock in otherwise it stays in 2wd. Give that a try and see.
