I just swapped motor on my 5.4 motor. the used engine we put in sounds strong and starts great, but when u first start it, it sounds like a loud whistle or chirping sound. on acceleration, u can hear the noise as well. we removed the belt to c if it was a noisy pulley, but it's still there. my mechanic is gonna muck around with it some more, but in the mean time: any suggestions as to what it may be?
