AC issues help please

Yes I have rear air and I’ve had to replace the rear blend door actuator also. At this point, I’m going to replace both actuators again and see if I can figure this thing out. Still not understanding why air would be coming out through the firewall? ‍

Cooler air could be leaking out because the hole through the firewall itself is not completely sealed as someone else tried to explain.

Replaced both actuators again today and the system begin to function properly again thankfully. Also, sealed the hole in the firewall to prevent that air leak. So far so good! Thanks for the advice as always!
