Decided to buy a set of used Fender flares on Ebay, my truck didnt have them.. I treated some rust issues I had on one of the wheel wells and wanted to cover it up, Glad I did and I'm glad I went with body color flares as it really makes the truck a bit unique.

OEM fender flares

Looks nice.

But I went the other way and painted mine black.
I got a complete set of EB fender flares from 3 different Expeditions at the local truck junkyard.
It took that many to find a complete undamaged set.

I think they look better in black. I wouldn't mind getting a set of these but my expy is green so I don't know what color to go with anyhow..

that's on the backburner for now. I want to do a projector headlight install first

I think Black is nice as well, but I dunno.. I wanted to do something a little unique, and in my opinion, the pictures dont do it justice ... I got the flares off Ebay for $100 and had them painted and put on by a local body shop.

do the flares snap on or do you have to bore holes on the fender?
