Adjusting the headlights on a 98

How do I raise the headlights on my 98?? I figured out how to move them left and right so that's all good but they are aimed to low. Thanks for the help

The headlights should mount with those three threaded studs, on those studs you'll have the plastic nut type thing that the clips grab on to. To adjust up and down you just twist those accordingly to angle the light

I have to pull mine to do it. I aim mine at the garage so I get them were i want them.
