yeah it wont. i know dude we all make mistakes. just ask before spliceing. see if he can put the factory connector back on first. and if he cant then just have him redo everything. what amp you getting?

Does the Kenwood have a line in input? Or a USB input?
well thats a good amp for subs. just match up power to power and ohms to ohms. need help on that heres this. http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp put in the number of subs and their independence and itll tell you what amp you need. helped me out a lot.
