Change plugs or not on an 07

Expeditions made after november 07 use normal one piece plugs.

are you sure about that? the dealer I use has parts from an 09 f150 the company that ownes the truck racked up 100k miles in 6 monts and had a tune up and 3 of the 8 plugs broke off and the guy at the counter said they had to replace the head and with it becaus the plugs were stuck and broke off and they put all the busted pieces from this truck and put them on display to show people, i'm worried about my truck it has 75k miles and no tranny flush or fuel filter replacements or a tune up done to it at all.

Soak em in Pb blaster over night before you change them. Its never let me down
