I own an 03 Expedition and the Red power wire that goes to the fuse box, if wiggled, it will disconnect all power to the vehicle. There seems to be a "clicking" in a relay there when this happens. Anyone heard of this or can help me in any way? I'm kinda at a loss right now. Thanks

That RED wire goes from the Battery thru the firewall and connects to the fuse box It is the main feed to power all the fuses and relays. See what you can do to clean and tighten down the wire and see if your problem continues.

The relay clicking is caused by a loose connection. Some relays will have power to them even if the key isn't in the Ign.

If you are a novice at "mechanikin" you may want to disconnect the negative battery cable first. Otherwise things could get real exciting if you short the tool to ground.
