I upgraded the factory radio with navigation on my 2010 Expy to an after market radio a couple of years ago but could not find anything that would let me connect to the factory backup camera. I recently found the Sync 1 Radio Camera Interface offered by Infotainment.com. It works great. I connected it to the harness that feeds the camera signal to the factory radio, added an RCA cable to between the Camera Interface and my after market radio and it works great! Thought I would pass this along.
