Make sure you get a complete manual as he sells them in different sections The complete manual should be about $15.00. Also they only work on windows systems

After reading a couple things online for similar F-150s people are saying it's located down in or near the oil pan below. Plus there is also a cylinder head temp sensor in the the valve cover or head I really can't tell for sure which one

I know that's not really a big help but I would just look around the best you can in those two areas to try to find a matching sensor
