Diesel tap, tap, tap on idle

Mine had a cold start loud Ticking/rattle. They performed a TSB bulletin repair on it. I wrote down TSB 22-2200 in my diary

UPDATE: Sorry guys, but I have decided NOT to do it after discovering about the $170 CAD diagnostics fee (since I ran out of base B2B warranty) because it's really rare to get it to tap and I figured it would be a waste of money if they just let the engine cool down and start it once and if it doesn't tap, then they would charge us, unless there is more to the diagnostics procedure that involves more than just a singular cold start? Anyone with knowledge that can chime would be very appreciated! Worst case, I can just schedule another appointment to diagnose this specific problem only. Thanks
