DVD player permanent removal

Is there an aftermarket block off plate for the permanent removal of the rear entertainment DVD player?

Haven't seen one before. I assume getting the headliner of one that doesn't have one and swapping it with yours would be the cleanest look

Clean headliner with no dvd cut from junkyard cost me...less than $100 for sure (exact sum unknown - haggled to $300 total for a bunch of other stuff and got em to throw it in)
