The first thing I want to do to my expy is get an exhaust setup

What do you recommend? Do you have a sound clip??

I hear really nice f-150's but they dont work on expy's

You should get a custom stack that goes up the side and looks like an 18-wheeler with an aluminum flap at the top!
Oh..and don't forget the flame throwers.
Just messing with you...
check the search feature first. There has been much debate on this topic. Some people say custom, some say catback, etc.

If you are going for cat-back, Magnaflow seems to be preferred over at F150online for performance. It seems that Flowmasters are more for the sound.

They have a video of an Expedition with a Magnaflow here at their website.

I have a Gibson exhaust and headers on my 4.6 and its very silent (swept side). If your interested in silence.

I was looking at the Gibson 9522. Is that what you have?
