expy makes a shuttering noise going into overdrive

I will do it when it is cold but once it warms up it seems to not do it as much.
If u let off gas right before it goes into overdrive it wont do it
any idea what could be going on and is there an adjustment on something I could tightn or something

I deduce you've checked your fluid level? If so, is it "healthy" red in color?
When was the last time your trans was serviced, i.e. fluid change and filter?
It could be the torque converter.

it was serviced last year so I don't think its fluid related

Torque converter stutter. You can try a transmission additive to try and stop it. I think people have had luck with Dr. Trans or something like that.
