I don't know if many GLS450 buyers are cross-shopping with Expedition MAX/Suburban/Denali XL. You're either after fine luxury, or a capable people mover with 4x4 capability.
GLS450 neither has the interior room, nor the cargo area behind 3rd row to compare.
Not to mention that I personally don't see myself owning a Benz.
