Headlights issues

Hello, I'm new at this but I don't have any Idea what is the problem with my headlights. The problem is that the headlight won't turn off even if the swith is off and the truck is locked. Please help.

Maybe the headlight relay is messed up?

where is the headlight relay located at? is it the ones located on the fuse box, or is it in different location.
