Heater core flush help

I have a 2002 Expedition that will not blow hot air up front, but the rear passengers practically get roasted out. I have checked the blend door and it is working perfectly. Can a clogged heater core cause this problem, or what other things should I be looking into?

for the front heater core check the hoses to see if they are about the same temp. If you say the blend door is working I would assume you have a clogged core.
