How do I stop the seat from moving all the way back when I remove the key? I can't find it in the manual or interweb.

It's anoying, unnecessary, and prematurely wearing out stuff?

You need to go through the set up on the message center and turn off "easy entry". If I remember correctly, push the setup button on the center stack repeatedly until you get to that option and toggle it off.
