Injection control module performance code PO611

5.4 V8 2000 Expy.

Just had my caps and plugs done less than a week ago.

Now I'm scratching my head for sure. 5 error codes came up, CEL was flashing at me. Plugged in and this is what I came up with. Cylinders 4, 9, 2, 8 all misfiring. Where did this #9 come from? Also Injection control module performance code PO611 came up.

Any help is appreciated while I research this. Thank you!

I would pullthe battery cable, or do a reset thru the obdII tester to clear the memory first, that is odd. If you have already done so I would check and see if maybe something came undone while you worked on it last time.
