I had the fuse box/power block replaced today. Now none of my cluster/radio/door-HVAC lights work when the headlights are on. I checked the fuses (2 & 29) and they were good. Anyone know if this is something I can troubleshoot or should I just return to the shop with it?

I did, that was my first thought but it was not the case.

In that case if it worked going into the shop and didn't coming out it is on them unless you supplied the parts.

Tomorrow I'll be going back to the shop. They said they got the parts from a salvage yard.

The illumination feeds directly from the main light switch to the lights then grounds at G200 which is usually behind the kick panel.

Okay, so it ended up being fuse 18. I remember seeing a tap inserted on a fuse, I'm guessing it stretched out the seat for the fuse. When the shop installed the fuse box they removed it. I tried a new fuse, would not work without some pressure applied to one side, so I stuck a small peace of cardboard between 18 & 17 and they stay on now. Also put a couple very small dabs of dielectric grease on the legs of the fuse. Hoping this stays working now.

Thanks for your guidance stamp!

If you google "dielectric grease" you will find it is an insulator. Instead of having good contact between the connectors you now have reduced contact which decreases the area for the electrons to flow in that part of the circuit. The only place for that grease to be used is in an area that is exposed to the elements and to prevent arcing in high voltage connections.
