2022 Expedition Timberline. Start with the doors locked and mirrors folded in. Open the back hatch, walk away with the key in your pocket. After about 2 minutes the passenger mirror will fold in. If it’s dark the light on the mirror flashes erratically. Go shut the hatch and start the vehicle and the passenger mirror will remain in.
If anyone else has a minute to test this would you mind trying. If it’s reproducible like this I’m assuming it’s a software issue. The light on the mirror flashes in the exact same pattern so I’m pretty sure it’s being given the command to do that, meaning software.
