I replaced the headlight housings with ones my fiance bought me for christmas, I put my LED bulbs into the new housings, I bought LED's for the marker lights, reverse lights, and the running boards. I just need to wire in a resistor for the marker lights to get rid of the hyper flash. I bought these cause they said they wouldn't cause lamp error messages so I figured they wouldn't hyper flash but they do:facepalm:

You can get rid of the hyperflash by replacing the flasher relay with can electronic one. It's located underneath the steering wheel in the dash.

Thanks, I plan to do that when I can find one locally. I hate waiting for things to be delivered lol. I've also done all the over head lights inside the truck now.

Let us know af you get a lot of people flashing their brights at you hard to tell but I see a bit of light scatter where you had them on the garage wall

not one flash, my fiance has a Hyundai elantra and I've tested it on her. She said the only time they are annoying is when I pull up right behind her at a light. But the old stock lights were right at eye level with her then too so its not much different.

that'll work, as long as they aren't above the mirrors on an average sized car when you are level and 25+ feet behind you should be good.

I watched a friend get a "fix it" ticket for having hids in the wrong housing. the state trooper said he couldn't see s*** when he was coming toward him. and I don't blame him either.

Yeah I hate when I am blinded by a ricer that is no taller then my tires lol. I made sure to aim them when I put the housings and the LED head lights in. No one wants to be "that guy".
