noise coming from the front of engine

I have a 2004 E/B with 100.000 miles.I do oil changes every 3000 miles.Truck still runnes good.But theres a whining noise coming from like the a/c or in that part of the motor I've changed the two pulleys but it still makes the noise.When you drive the noise changes with the RPMS.All the gauges are good no engine lights are on.And the a/c still works good.Thanks for any input.

ALternator whine possibly? do you run any extra electronics beside stock??

could be the water pump. start the engine and use a piece of garden hose next to your ear to try to find where the sound is loudest and thats a good place to start

My fan clutch whines like that. Its kinda like a 'weeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!' noise. High pitched. Loud enough that I can hear it if its happening but other people in the vehicle won't notice it. I only notice it because I drive the vehicle every day.
