This seems to happen every year for past 4 years I got this exact code P0353. Seems to happen every year in fall on my 2001 Expedition, same cylinder Number 3. Last year I purchase 4 DEALER coils for the passenger side and also changed all the plugs on both sides. Truck now has 245K. When running at 70 MPH truck will shake and through this code. Misfire seems to go away idle perfectly normal, but after a couple days will start all over again untill I change the plug and the coil on cylinder number 3. Anyone run into this problem with this or cylinder or wiring/computer? This cylinder is a pain to get at i do not look forward to doing this again.
