P2197 code

2011 XLT 5.4 with 20k miles. Only the one code. Cannot find any vacuum leaks. I am thinking it must be the oxygen sensor. Drive ability has not really changed other than a sometimes a very slight rough idle.

Any trouble spots I should look for in the vacuum system. With the low miles all vacuum components seem in great shape but I could have missed something hard to get to.

Follow Up. Pretty much verified that a 2197 code by it self is a bad O2 sensor. Replaced the sensor. Cleared the codes. And after several days no CEL.
