Problem with ford expedition1998 running boards lights

hey anyone have the digital service manual of 1998 ford expedition might happen to me? thing is that running board lights do not turn on when you open the door, the interior lights if ignited. probe and the fuses and all are fine, connect a direct wire to the battery cable temper and if ignited, the problem here is that there is no power to the lights, take some know if relay? or maybe they can spend the electrical diagram of the running board?
