I'm gonna jump on it $500 for the 9.75" TrueTrac - $400 for labor, $200 for seals/install kit.
Initially I worried about the strength of the CV joints and all that. But more pondering...
I suspect dividing the torque equally to both sides might make it less-likely to break than suddenly sending 100% to one side or the other...course...if one side is stuck/nearly stuck and cannot move, well, 50% might be enough to break something.
Ugh.
I need a rear SAS
Until then...The TrueTrac commeth this winter.
