nobody here has running board probloms with lights.....comon

does ANYONE look or seen there rpo block......?

I checked Alldata so I guess we're looking at the same thing. Does the module have the same number and color of wires? Sometimes they just depict a generic unit. Pull it out and test input/output.
The wiring diagram is a very simple circuit. Grounds throught the GEM and outputs to the lights. There're 2 connectors in line to the running board lights. Find them and trace the circuit back to the RPO if you have to.

heres another fuse box i found...only holds 6 fuses and 6th isnt used. its like 1in. by 3in. small attacvhed to fender behind bigger boxes.

anyway....there was a fuse blown but not the 4th one...the 3rd was blown.

i dont know.....im trying
