There are tuning differences but he’s correct hardware is different as well. The HO also runs a lower compression ratio to go with larger turbos and intercooler fans. Pistons I believe have a different shape compared to the normal 3.5 but I’m not certain on this.I bet its just software based tuning. tweak the max boost up a bit, advance the ignition a bit, both those changes require premium fuel, and boom, 10% more horses is easy....
