Does anybody know what the factory pressure is supposed to be for the spare on a platinum?

I would assume the same as the regular wheels. Set it to whatever is printed on the door jam sticker.

It’s a totally different tire. It is full size circumference but I believe an 18” rim

I keep the spare higher than the door jam, but at or lower than the max written on the tire. Any tire will lose air over time. I keep a tire gauge in the Expedition. If I ever need the spare, it should have more air than what is needed. I can let air out, then it will be at the correct pressure. I do the same thing with my boat spare.

I also lower the spare once a year to verify nothing is bound.
