So my new to me 2013 Expedition is a bit behind in SYNC version. What features do I miss or are improved if I upgrade? I was told a USB is required from the dealer and there is a charge. Can this be done by my more local non affiliated shop? I have a very basic trim sound system, no display other than the radio, so no mapping.
