hmm, alright. mine came stock with CD and tape. i'll check out double dins.

If you want to stay 'old school' check this first:

On your little cassette adapter thing, make sure when you spin one of the wheels that the other one spins too. If it doesn't, then you need a new adapter. If the 'feed wheel' doesn't spin, it triggers the cassette player to reverse.

I looked in while it was playing, it was spinning around but also making a grinding noise. ill have to look again, I know the front one rotates. let you know after I look
