Things I've done to my Expy

Haven't posted anything in awhile and wanted to share with you guys some stuff ive done to my expy over the summer.

All new rachco rs5000 shocks all four

New Front sway bar end links(Moog)

New Front sway bar bushing (Moog)

New Upper and Lower Trailing arms (Vollig)

2 Sets of Harbor Freight off road lights.

Brand new exhaust everything expect for the converts.

New Fuel Filter.

Undercoated with Rubberized Spray Paint, then Undercoated with oil.

Bosch Double Platinum spark plugs.
(Next is the coil packs)

Plasti dipped rims, fender flares, brush guard, front and rear bumbers.

Running good so far only had them for about a week.

I have always been told by my mechanic to use only Motorcraft spark plugs....Some sort of "if I don't...the truck won't drive fine"....I dunno....

Well motorcraft is Fords brand. So there just trying to make money basically trick you into buying their products.

that's what I said until I did a tune up 15k later when the autolite plugs/wires were causing misfires

So ARiley23 How's the Bosch Double Platinum working so far?

i had a set bosh +4's in mine and used them for 16 to 18 months untill they wore out. ran great and noticed a little differance in MPG and power. Never used OEM plugs in anything.
