Third Row Seat Removal

Is there any way to remove the third row seat in my '02? I know it flips forward to give you more room in the rear, but I want to be able to remove it completely so I can fold the second row seats down flat and have a level floor to haul stuff.

go behind it and release the release spring-loaded hold down. it should then roll out. it's somewhat bulky, not real heavy, but prob a two-person move.
i preface this in that mine is a '97 and that's how it works.
