Ok guys today is a sad day for me! the Transmission went out on my Expedition. I was driving then all of a sudden a whining noise started. first it was low then it started to get louder and louder. at the light the truck would not go any more....
Now this can be a good thing cus now I can build a Monster Transmission!
I was thinking of getting a custom built one from monster transmissions or a custom builder like that... BUT I think I want build it my self as in buy the things and get a specialist to build it. what you all think?
I'm thinking a Transgo High Performance rebuilt kit, a Transgo High performance shift kit that shifts hard, a deeper oil Pan, a Larger transmission cooler, and a electric Fan to keep that monster cooool!!!
and of course I was looking at 2 Stall converter builders Circle D and Precision Ind. (the makers of the famous Vigilante and Stallion)
What do you all think? what should I do? Please give me advise!!!
